I was just thinking that it sounded like a PC party. One of my co-workers wants to take a cooking class but if I take one, I really want to learn. Sounds like the other people in your class didn't really want to learn (deep sigh).

Sounds like a fun class! I took one with my work colleagues as part of a team-building exercise and it was great fun.

Was the pitch from the Sur La Table shill as disruptive as it sounded? You paid them $75 to learn to cook, right? :)

Sounds like an interesting class, despite being slightly reminiscent of a Pampered Chef party.

I definitely need help on knifework. I've lost two thumbnail tips to that ceramic knife already.
