Of the widely-available brands in the US, Anheuser-Busch has certified that all their beers are vegetarian-compatible, which is good news if you like their products (although I'm not such a big fan). It's been said that German beers brewed under the Reinheitsgebot (purity) laws should be safe since the law restrict the ingredients used in beer, but I don't think it says anything about the processing, so it's no guarantee.
